Wedding Cakes and Dessert Tables
Your wedding cake is unique to you, be that a traditional three tier cake, two tier, single tier, a dessert table or novelty themed. Cakes by Caroline B offers a personal tasting appointment which gives you a great opportunity not just to meet the person who will be making your cake but allows for time to look at cakes sizes, discuss trends, styles and designs as well as taste a variety of samples. It's also a good opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Call direct to book an appointment.
Buttercream/Ganache Finish
Having a buttercream finish has proved to be a firm choice. Buttercream gives a rustic finish which can be a very light covering (nearly naked) to a heavier coating. Buttercream can be tinted in colour, smooth or patterned. Fresh flowers work as a perfect compliment.
Sugarpaste Finish
Sugarpaste gives a perfectly smooth finish and anything goes; handmade flowers, fresh flowers, textured finish, gold or silver leaf, novelty, hand painted....... the list is endless.

Novelty Wedding Dessert Table
Dessert tables are proving to be a popular choice giving guests a selection of bitesize treats to choose from.
This wedding dessert table was created with the couples interests in mind which included travel and golf (July - 2025).
Bitesize treats included: chocolate biscuit slices (various flavours), bite size cupcakes, full size cupcakes and golf ball cake pops.
